Over 1000 Birds Shot So Far This Season
We are shutting down for Thanksgiving this year and will re-open the 28th. There are lots of open dates to hunt from then until Jan. 2nd for pheasant and Jan. 23rd for geese. The geese are starting to move in and we have already shot a few so far. As far as the pheasant goes, we are having a banner year and I estimate that there are over 3000 roosters left to shoot at. Also, three pen raised birds were shot that escaped into our land from other hunting operations. As anyone whose hunted here will tell you, we DO NOT shoot incubated or pen raised birds here. All ours are raised in the wild and we believe in the spirit of fair chase hunting. Get ahold of me, lets set a date and go hunting sometime during the rest of the season. Its a great year.
